Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.40 acres and is located at the following roadways: Fallstaff Rd, Crest Heights Ave, Glen Heights Rd, Reisterstown Rd, Glengyle Ave, Surrey Dr, Fieldcrest Rd, Labyrinth Rd, Gist Ave, Clarinth Rd, Bartwood Rd, Bancroft Rd, Fordleigh Rd, Birchwood Ave, Laurelton Ave, Pinewood Ave, Westfield Ave, Louise Ave, Tramore Rd, Fernbank Ave. The project will consist of replacing and rehabilitating water infrastructure.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.40 acre project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.40 acres of this project.
