The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for an administrative waiver. If granted, the administrative waiver will allow construction of this project to be governed by the rules and requirements that were in place prior to the Baltimore City Council’s adoption of Ordinance 10-277 on May 3, 2010. The applicant must provide stormwater management for the proposed project whether or not the waiver is granted.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.23 acres and is located southwest at the intersection of Parkwood Avenue and Mayview Avenue. The project will consist of the construction of two (2) 1-STY. UFAS Housing Units with associated ADA accessible parking.
The Applicant is requesting an administrative waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-8 of the City Code. The project received preliminary approval before May 4, 2010, and therefore meets the conditions for this waiver.
