Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 3.05 acres and is located at the following roadways: Fleet St., S. Duncan St., S. Collington Ave., Duker Ct., Winterling Ct., S. Madeira St., Holtzman Ct., S. Patterson Park Ave., S. Bradford St., E. Fayette St., N. Duncan St., N. Collington Ave., N. Madeira St., Mullikan St., N. Patterson Park Ave., E. Fairmount Ave., N. Luzerne Ave., N. Glover St., N. Lakewood Ave. The project will consist of digging up and replacing existing water mains and house connections as necessary at several locations. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 3.05 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 3.05 ac of this project.
