Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.78 acres and is located on Bellona Avenue 100’ south of the intersection with Lake Avenue??. The project will consist of 3 detached single family dwellings. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality control and an impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.23 ac of impervious on this project.
