The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a phased development waiver. If granted, the project will be granted waivers for qualitative and quantitative control based on the stormwater system constructed prior to May 4, 2010.

Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.82 acres and is located at northwest corner at the intersection of Jackson Street and Gittings Street. The project will consist of 23 multi-level townhouse units. Parking is provided in garages and parking pads, two spaces per townhouse. Approximately 7 parallel parking spaces are provided on Belt Street. The Applicant is requesting a phased development waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-5 of the City Code. The project conforms to an existing stormwater management master plan, previously approved by this Division.
