The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project need not comply with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual for quantity control.

Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 3.68 acres and is located north & south of the intersection of Chase and Wolfe & Chase and Rutland. The project will consist of the demolishing of 52 existing townhouses.. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide a impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for this project.
