Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 1.28 acres and is located in the center of the city between Orchard Street Switchyard and Constitution Street Substation. The project will consist of the installation of a 3’x3’ duct bank from Madison St. down Paca St. to Druid Hill Ave. and along Centre St. to the proposed Constitution Street Substation.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 1.28 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.28 ac of this project.
