Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 5.63 acres and is located in the following roadways: Sefton Ave, Roselawn, Alban Ave, Mary Ave, Edna Ave, Evergreen Ave, Hamilton Ave, Wisteria Ave, Carter Ave. The project will consist of digging up and replacing existing water mains and house connections as necessary at several locations. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 5.63 acre project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The Applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control for this 5.63 acre project.
