Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 3.56 acres and is located on Warner and Stockholm Streets. The project will consist of streetscape improvements to Warner and Stockholm Streets creating shared use paths and a curbless street. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 1.61 ac of this project.
