The Perkins Development Phase 1 – 2 (WC1374) project has an approximate area of 1.49 acres, is located in the vicinity of E. Pratt and S. Eden St and Vicinity. The project will consist of the rehabilitation and replacement of various water mains.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 1.49 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.49 ac of this project.
