: The project has an approximate area of 2.83 acres and is located at the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Evanshire Avenue and Hamilton Avenue. The project consists of new development for the construction of a new recreation center building, playground, access drive to Hamilton Avenue, and a parking lot.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable for an impervious area of 0.02 ac, which cannot be drained to the SWM facilities. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.02 ac of this project.
