2023 Annual Report by the Design Build Executive Committee

The Design Build Executive Committee (DBEC) has submitted an Annual Report for 2023 covering the projects currently under contract and approved by the DBEC and the Board of Estimates (BOE). 

The DBEC is required to annually report on the description, status  and participation by minority - and women - owned  businesses on all pending Design Build projects. The Annual Report for 2023 covers  the Department of Public Works'  (DPW) Back River Headworks Project  SC 918H, and the Department of Transportation's Central Avenue Project TR 12317 and Comprehensive Conduit Facility Design, Management, and Construction Services Project (PMAR) TR 16020.
