Application for Redevelopment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.28 acres and is located SW at the intersection of W. Patapsco Avenue and Gabel Avenue. The project will consist of the removal of parking spaces for a two story addition to the existing training center. 

The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.03 ac of this project.
