The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 10.16 acres and is bounded by Loch Raven Boulevard to the west, Argonne Drive to the south, with Havenwood Road running through the middle of the site. The project will consist of a Lidl, McDonald’s, and seven medium to large size retail/restaurant/office buildings as well as multiple parking lots.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls through the use of a eight Filterras and three underground sand filters to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 4.235 acres of this project.
