The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area 0.10 acres and is located south of the intersection of Key Highway and Fort Avenue.  The project will consist of the repair of an existing slope.

The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by the inclusion of no impervious area for this project.
