The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and redevelopment waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.55 acres and is located on the north side of East Baltimore Street. The project will consist of a construction of a new 7-story building with two levels of underground parking.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by a partial green roof and a payment of a partial fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.175 ac of this project.
