Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this
project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water
qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.
Applicant: Roberta’s House; 2510 St. Paul Street #101; Baltimore, MD 21218

Watershed(s): Jones Falls
Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.47 acres and is located along the north
side of E. North Avenue between Cecil Avenue to the east and Oak Hill Avenue to the west. The project
will consist of a three-story institutional building with associated parking.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.
The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide
water quality controls and impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.11
acres of this project.
