The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 2.60 acres and is located east at the intersection of Roland Avenue and W. 40th Street. The project will consist of a multi-story building addition and general site improvements.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide treatment for 0.57 acre of existing impervious area and 0.56 acre of new impervious area to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for the project.
