The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.995 acres and is bounded by Orleans Street to the north, E. Fayette Street to the south, Eden Street to the west and N. Broadway to the east. The project will consist of modernization of existing secondary electrical service for 36 existing apartment buildings and community center.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.995 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative controls for 0.995 ac of this project.
