The Design Build Executive Committee (DBEC) has submitted an Annual Report for 2016 covering the two projects currently under contract and approved by the DBEC and Board of Estimates. The Annual Report covers the Department of Transportation's Central Avenue Project TR 12317, and the Department of Public Works' Back River Headworks Project  SC 918H.
