Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 30.14 acres and is bounded by North Charles Street to the west, East Cold Spring Lane to South, institutional property to the north, and residential properties to the east. The project will consist of a new building addition to the Donnelly Hall building with associated landscape and hardscape enhancements surrounding the building addition. The project includes associated stormwater management measures including ESD facilities and landscape improvements. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.47 acres of LOD for this project.
