The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: | The Perkins Development Phase 1 – 2 (WC1374) project has an approximate area of 0.5 acres, is located at the intersection of E. Pratt Street, Eden Street, Gough Street and South Caroline Street. The project will consist of the replacement of various water mains. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 0.5 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.5 ac of this project.
