Application for Quantitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a quantitative control waiver.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 2.53 acres and is located east of Steveson Street on Key Highway. The project will consist of replacement of a storage building and associated infrastructure items.

The Applicant is requesting a Quantitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-1 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 2.53 ac. (all of the site area) the project has a direct, concentrated discharge of stormwater to tidal waters. The applicant will not be required to provide quantitative controls for any area of this project.
