Application for Redevelopment and Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 1.00 acres and is located south of the intersection of Harford Road and White Avenue. The project will consist of a four story apartment building with a 18,900 sq. ft. footprint and an associated parking lot. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.041 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.041 ac of this project. AND The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls, to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.49 ac of this project.
