: The project has an approximate area of 4.39 acres and is located northeast at the intersection of Boston Street & South Conkling Street. The project will consist of the construction of a multi-family residential building with associated parking and redevelopment of the adjacent parking lot.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 1.90 ac of this project.

AND

The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by off-site mitigation for 0.27 ac of this project.
