Application for Qualitative and Quantitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description:

: The project has an approximate area of 0.50 acres and is located northeast at the intersection of Linden Ave. and Whitelock St. The project will consist of the construction of a two-story addition with walkways and trash pad.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.290 ac. of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.014 ac. of this project.

 

AND/ OR

 

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.014 ac. of this project.

 

AND/ OR

 

The Applicant will satisfy the quantitative controls requirements for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.019 ac. of this project.
