Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works (DPW) is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the removal of the existing impervious still needs to provide water qualitative control per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

| Project Description: | : The project has an approximate area of 1.69 acres of disturbance and is located at 3800 Newgate Avenue at Piers 2 & 3. The project will consist of the removal of all the existing imperious within the limit of disturbance area. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.85 ac of this project.
