The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: | : The project has an approximate area of 0.149 acres and is located northeast side of Clipper Road opposite the intersection of Clipper Road and Druid Park Drive. The project will consist of a 4-story multi-family apartment building and amenities. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver The Applicant is requesting a qualitative and quantitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-1. (a)(1) and §23-2(3) of the City Code. Applicant has demonstrated ESD/BMP to the MEP for the proposed Redevelopment project AND The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable for 0.06 ac. of this project, and a quantitative control for an increase of 0.03 ac. increased drainage area. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls and quantity controls for this portion of the project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management.
