Application for Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: | : The project comprises of 16,400 feet of sewers ranging in size from 33 to 100 inches in diameter, two siphon chambers, a set of inverted siphon pipes conveying flows under I-83, 77 manholes along the interceptor which vary in depth from about 2.5 ft to about 46.5 ft., and several diversion and junction structures. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 16,400 feet of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 16,400 feet of this project.
