The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

The project has an approximate area of 1.58 acres and is located north at the intersection of Greenmount Avenue and East Chase Street. The project will consist of a multi-family building with associated parking and amenities. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.45 ac of this project.
