Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 25.89 acres and is located Southwest at the intersection of Cromwell Street and Insulator Drive. The project will consist of townhomes and multifamily developments.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide quality treatment via two micro-bioretention facilities and two underground tanks to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 10.09 ac of this project.
