Application for Redevelopment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.46 acres and is located south at the intersection of East Patapsco Ave and 3^rd St. The project will consist of the removal of a portion of the existing building, renovation and addition to the existing building to remain, and associated site improvements, utilities, and stormwater management. 

The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.02 ac of impervious area not treated within this project.
