Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of disturbance of 7.67 acres and is adjacent to Waterview Avenue, Wenburn Street, and Clare Street. The site is separated into two segments by an existing CSX rail. Kloman Street currently runs north to south and parallel of an existing MTA rail.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide stormwater management using “banked” impervious area removal from the previous phase within the overall project.
