Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.82 acres and is located 500’ east of at the intersection of Walker Avenue and York Road. The project will consist of a new retail building in order to accommodate the users of the new retail building with associated parking and stormwater treatment facility.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction and water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.27 acres of this project.
