Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.52 acres and is located East at the intersection of Potage Ave and E 43^rd St. The project will consist of new parking lot and stormwater management in place of structures that were demolished previously. 

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by inclusion of two microbioretentions and payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.01 ac of this project.
