Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Applicant: Baltimore Gas & Electric Company, 1699 Leadenhall Street, Baltimore, MD  21230

ESD #: 8131

Watershed(s): Baltimore Harbor

Project Description: This project includes the repair and replacement of various gas mains. The project has an approximate area of 0.12 acres, is located in the vicinity of E. Lanvale Street, E. Federal Street, E. Lafayette Avenue, N. Milton Avenue, N. Bradford Street, N. Port Street and N. Montford Avenue. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that 0.12 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.12 ac of this project.
