Application for Redevelopment Waiver and Variance
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a variance of Stormwater Management.

Project Description: The project consists of two newly subdivided lots with an approximate site area of 2.84 acres. The lots are located at the southeast corner of the intersection of S. Caroline Street and E. Pratt Street and the northeast corner of the intersection of S. Eden Street and Gough Street. The project will consist of two multifamily apartment buildings and 28 rowhomes with associated parking.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 1.58 ac of this project.
