Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Watershed(s): Jones Falls and Patapsco River

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 2.24 acres and is located north of the intersection of 31st Street and Remington Avenue. The project will consist of a repair of the concrete stone arch that carries Remington Avenue over Stony Run and constructing a new supplemental 72” overflow culvert.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 2.24 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 2.24 ac of this project.
