Application for Stormwater Management Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a stormwater management waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.72 acres (Limit of Disturbance) and is located at the following roadway 8201 Eastern Avenue. The project will consist of the following improvements: the rehabilitation of the egg-shaped digester structures along with construction of adjacent utilities.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 1.72 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative and quantitative controls for 1.72 ac of this project.
