Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.37 acres and is located at the intersections of Pratt St./Light St., Pratt St./Calvert St. & Pratt St./President St. The project will consist of ADA sidewalk ramp enhancements, high-visibility cross walks, installation of countdown pedestrian signals and accessible pedestrian signals with wayfinding signage. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.37 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.37 ac of this project.
