The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 11.23 acres and is bounded by the Garden Green Apartments along Roland Green Road to the north, Falls Road to the east, Jones Falls to the west, and remaining Village at Cross Keys Campus to the south. The project will consist of the reconstruction of the existing roadway near the main entrance from Falls Road and associated stormwater management measures including the removal of existing impervious area.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide stormwater management by impervious area removal to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.87 ac of this project.
