The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a quantitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.25 acres and is located southwest of the intersection of Hamlet Hill Road and Cross Keys Road at a drainage ravine adjacent to the Roland Green Condominiums. The project will consist of the restoration of a failing slope adjacent to the condominiums via filling the ravine and rerouting the stormwater through a closed drainage system.
The Applicant is requesting a Quantitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-1 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 0.25 ac of the project has a direct, concentrated discharge of stormwater to the city system. The applicant will not be required to provide quantitative controls for 0.25 ac of this project.
