The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.54 acres and is located southwest at the intersection of Ashland Avenue and Patterson Park Avenue. The project will consist of 7 new residential townhouses and sitework related to rehab of existing residential townhouses. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.35 ac of this project.
