The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.22 acres and is located northeast at the intersection of West Fayette Street & North Liberty Street. The project will consist of replacement of the existing sidewalk and stairs to meet A.D.A. accessibility standards. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.22 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.22 ac of this project.
