The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.40 acres and is surrounded by the following streets: South Caroline Ave, Bank St, Eastern Ave, Fleet St, Aliceanna St, Lancaster St and South Broadway. The project will consist of the replacement of water mains.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that 1.40 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative controls for 1.40 acres of this project.
