The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.86 acres and is located west at the intersection of Reisterstown Rd. and Sunnyside Ave. The project will consist of installation of a building, parking lot, concrete walks and associated stormwater management. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide a greenroof structure to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.16 ac of this project. 

AND

The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.16 ac of this project.
