Project Description: The project has an approximate stormwater management Limit of Disturbance (LOD) of 0.39 acres and is located on the Johns Hopkins University Homewood Campus in Baltimore City. The site falls on either side of Wyman Park Drive between Bowman Drive and South Gate. Johns Hopkins University proposes to install new utilities including heating hot and chiller water, domestic water, electrical ductbank and telecommunications ductbank in order to provide service connections for the proposed Agora project and to better service the campus in the future.
