The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.34 acres and is located at the BGE Spring Gardens LNG Plant in Baltimore City. The project will consist of construction a 10-way duct bank with 5 switchgears and 2 transformers to increase reliability to the BGE LNG Plant.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.34 Ac. of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.34 ac of this project.
