The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.55 acres and is located on Fairfield Road between Chesapeake Avenue and E. Patapsco Avenue. The project will consist of Aquifer Air Sparging/Soil Vapor Extraction Remediation at the site, including installation of sparging/extraction piping and trenches below grade.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 0.55 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.55 acres of this project.
