Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 2.26 acres and is located in the northeast corner at the intersection of Central Avenue and East Fayette Street. The project will consist of a temporary construction yard that will be restored to a grass area at the conclusion of the use of the construction yard.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will restore the site to open space to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 2.26 ac of this project.
